How to use Vortix VPN safely.

Vortix VPN is designed to make public VPN server access simple, but safe use still depends on good habits and realistic expectations.

Choose servers thoughtfully

Public VPN servers can differ in speed, country, uptime, and reliability. If one server is slow or fails to connect, choose another server instead of repeatedly trying the same unavailable endpoint.

Check the connection status

Before doing sensitive browsing, confirm the app shows an active VPN connection. Android also shows a VPN indicator when a VPN tunnel is running. If the indicator disappears, your traffic may be using your normal internet connection again.

Use HTTPS websites

A VPN protects traffic between your device and the VPN server, but HTTPS still matters. Prefer websites that use HTTPS, especially for logins, forms, payments, and private messages.

Avoid illegal or harmful use

Do not use any VPN for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, spam, or activity that violates laws or the rights of others. You are responsible for how you use the service.
