Rules for using Vortix VPN.

1. Service

Vortix VPN provides an Android VPN client that lets users connect to selected public VPN Gate/OpenVPN servers.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Vortix VPN. You must comply with applicable laws, the rules of your network provider, and the terms of any third-party server or service you access.

3. Public server availability

Public VPN servers may be slow, unstable, unavailable, restricted, or removed without notice. We cannot guarantee that any specific server, country, speed, or connection path will always be available.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Vortix VPN for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, harmful traffic, unauthorized access, or activity that violates the rights of others.

5. No warranty

Vortix VPN is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, server performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this website.
